Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept most major debit and credit cards as well as PayPal. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone or by post.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
Shipping And Handling We have no minimum order value but UK Orders under £15.00 will be charged a handling fee of £1.50.
Following a review of our shipping costs it has been necessary to make minor adjustments as follows. The following will be in force from Thursday 6th May 2010 until further notice...
UK Postage is Free of Charge for all orders. Free delivery for orders upto £50 is via a 2nd Class service.
We now also offer two optional UK services:
1st Class Option:
£1.72 for orders upto £25
£3.35 for orders upto £50
FREE for orders over £50
Special Delivery Option:
£8.65 for all order values
Rest of Europe (Outside UK) orders will be charged shipping and handling as below:
Order Value Less than £25.00 - Shipping Charge of £3.85 and Handling Charge of £1.50 (£5.35 in total)
Order Value Less than £50.00 - Shipping Charge of £6.60 (Handling Charge Exempt)
Order Value More than £50.00 - FREE SHIPPING
We do not currently ship products outside of Europe. |
Delivery Schedule Orders are shipped the same day if placed before Noon, or the next working day if placed after Noon. This applies to orders received during our office normal opening days which are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday. Orders received on Saturdays may be shipped same day but might not be processed by the Royal Mail until Monday. We do not ship orders on Thursday or Sunday.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received. |
| Back Orders If an ordered item is not in stock, we will back order for you if the total of the backordered items exceeds £5.00. We will try and ship back ordered items within 7 to 10 days of your original order. Many of our stock items are sourced from outside the UK so it may take up to 4 weeks for your order to be completely satisfied. If you would rather not wait then please state 'NO BACKORDERS' in the comment box during order placement. |
Tax Charges 17.5% VAT is added to all orders. Our prices are shown with VAT included.
Will I have to pay customs charges in my country?
When goods are shipped within the European Union there are no customs charges as the relevant VAT has already been paid.

Credit Card Security We rely on our secure payment processing partner, RBS WorldPay, when handling credit or debit card data. We do not have access to your card details when processed in this way.

Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition. DVDs can only be returned if they are faulty or damaged or sealed in the outer plastic wrapper.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
