The following shipping costs will be in force from Thursday 29th December 2011 until further notice...
UK 2nd Class Postage is Free of Charge for all orders over £25.
For heavy parcels we reserve the right to use an alternative shipping service.
For orders under £25 a £1.50 shipping charge will be added to the order to cover UK 2nd Class Postage.
We also offer two optional UK services:
1st Class Upgrade Option: £1.00 extra for all orders.
Special Delivery Upgrade Option: £8.00 extra for all orders.
We do not currently ship products outside of UK.
*Orders are shipped the same day if placed before Noon, or the next working day if placed after Noon. This applies to orders received during our normal opening days which are Tuesday to Saturday. Orders received on Saturdays may be shipped same day but might not be processed by the Royal Mail until Monday. We do not ship orders on Mondays or Sundays.
You must inform us within five working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
If an ordered item is not in stock, we will back order for you if the total of the backordered items exceeds £5.00. We will try and ship back ordered items within 28 days of your original order. Many of our stock items are sourced from outside the UK so it may take up to 6 weeks for your order to be completely satisfied. If you would rather not wait then please state -NO BACKORDERS- in the comment box during order placement.
We are not VAT registered.
Returns Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition. DVDs can only be returned if they are faulty or damaged or unused and sealed in the outer plastic wrapper.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
